TIG Wire
TIG welding or Tungsten Inert Gas Welding is a very proficient process. It builds an electric arc in the interim area between metal and nozzle. Tungsten is non-consumable and hence can be used for longer duration. An inert gas shields tungsten from fast oxidation. More generally, the choice of the gas is Argon. Argon is thought of highly as it does not introduce any slag into the flux of welding. Moreover, TIG welding also does not create any spatter and hence keeps viewing easy for the operator. Welding heat for TIG welding is narrowed down to a small zone thereby preventing distortion or breakage of the metal. Torch body for TIG welding is also very tiny. This makes it easier for precise welding. A pencil sized thing can be more easily used for cutting the correct shapes.
