Plasma Cutter
Many industrial apparatus are made of steel and other metals. For the process, steel and such metals need to be cut, pasted and fused. Plasma cutting is the method through which all such metals are being cut. Pla
sma cutting operates with a noble gas or air compressed beyond a certain point. Such high pressure air blows out of the nozzle towards the metal surface. Simultaneously, it also creates an arc of electricity between the nozzle and the metal surface. This converts the gas in the zone to plasma. Plasma is hot and hence melts the metal. At the same time, it is quick enough to cast the molten metal away from the vicinity.

Obviously such metals are made after a lot of cutting, fusing and welding. Plasma cutting is the methods used for cutting such metals. The process uses a noble gas or an inert gas and compressed air beyond a particular value. This high pressure air blowing from the nozzle is directed towards the metal surface in question. At the same time, an electric arc is being built up between the metal surface and the inert gas nozzle. This causes the gas in the interim zone to convert to plasma. Plasma is very hot and hence it easily melts the metal. At the same time, it is also very fast and hence drives the molten metal away with ease.

The Need
Steel
and other metals constitute the fiber of many industrial metals. This
requires steel and the metals to be blended, fused, cut, welded. Plasma cutting is the method more generally used for the purpose. Plasma cutting
uses an inert or a noble gas and compressed air blowing out of the
nozzle at great pace. The gases at high pressure blow at an appreciable
speed towards the metal surface. Quite at the same time, an electric
arc is being produced between the nozzle and the surface of metal. This
causes the conversion of gas into plasma. Plasma being very hot melts the metal. At the same time, it is very quick as well and hence guides the molten metal away.
Protective Clothing
Plasma is a dangerous entity. It is blessed with power huge enough to turn skin to shreds. Thus it becomes extremely important to guard yourself adequately. Use proper welding gloves, welding masks and welding helmets. While the gloves and helmet will protect you against any contact from the plasma or inert gas or electric arc, the mask will safeguard you from poisoning that might happen due to plasma. Sometimes metals and plasma react and result in a definite mixture which might be poisonous. Protective clothing thus becomes very important while dealing with such torch bodies. The Latest Helmets are pretty stylish too
